Here's the LASTN I use myself. I find it extremely useful because it links directly to basically everything I use LJ for. Nobody will probably just use this style as-is, but I'm sure most of you will find at least one element of it that you wish to adopt into your own styles (most of the elements I used were thought up by other people).
